Mucjewelry Shopify Shipping Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2025. Update Notice: Updates will be posted on the store's "Shipping Policy" page and become effective 7 days after posting.
1. Shipping Areas & Carriers
Domestic (USA): Covers all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii). Carriers: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, UPS SurePost.
International: Canada, UK, Australia, EU member states. Carriers: DHL Express, USPS International Priority Service.
2. Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays). Custom jewelry (engraving/resizing): Production takes 3-5 business days before shipment.
Delivery:
Domestic: 2-5 business days (Alaska/Hawaii: 5-7 days); Expedited (1-2 days) available for an additional $15.
International: 7-14 business days (excluding customs clearance time).
3. Shipping Costs
Domestic: Free shipping on orders over $75; $5.99 for orders under $75 (1-3 lbs), with an additional $2.50 charge for every extra pound.
International: Calculated at checkout; 10% discount on orders over $150 (Promo code: INT10).
Additional Fees: Remote area surcharge ($3-$10), customs duties/taxes (paid by recipient); address change fee = $10.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Domestic: Use USPS/FedEx (tracking required); International: RMA number required (contact customer service via email).
Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Exchanges: We will ship a replacement free of charge after inspecting the returned item (1-2 business days). 5. Claims and Support
Claims: Please submit claims within 3 days (domestic) or 7 days (international) of the estimated delivery date. You will need to provide the order number, tracking number, and photos. Claims will be resolved within 3–5 days.
